A day of 5Rhythms in Nature.
Sunday May 9th arrive from 9.30am Staring approximately 11pm finishing around 5pm.
Cost £30 (£25 if paid by May 1st ) Camping or B&B will be extra.

The Seren Retreat center in the heart of the Gower.
Dancing in a marquee and outside.
Including an ancient oak forest and stone circle.
A possibility of camping or B & B
Bring your musical instruments.
The day will be a combinations of deep and delicious dance work and connecting with nature.
Bring lunch to share.
