Cost £25 (if paid in advance), £30 on the day
Following our deep winter we nurture seeds of new life.
Our new life may be calling for a new way to earn money, a relationship, a resolution of a problem or a new place to live.
The process naturally moves us to see what we need to let go of.
This day of dance will be for those new to 5rhythms and experienced dancers.
The day includes a deeply relaxing sound bath with Fiona.
Bring lunch to share, blankets and cushions for the sound bath, a notepad and pen and food to share.
